Residential Design fees are based on the square footage and the level of detail in the packages listed below.
Upon determining the set fee for the project, a deposit equal to 50% of total fee will be required. Any excessive changes requested after the preliminary plans have been approved will be billed at the rate of $45.00 per hour. The remaining balance will be due and payable upon delivery of final plans.

Package - A
  • Single level floor plan up to 1200 SF 1/4” scale.
  • Front exterior elevation 1/4” scale.

  • 5 sets of final drawings.

Package - B
  • Single level floor plan between 1200 - 2400 SF 1/4” scale.
  • Front exterior elevation 1/4” scale.

  • 5 sets of final drawings.

  • $450.00

Package - C
  • Single level floor plan up to 1200 SF 1/4” scale.
  • All 4 exterior elevations 1/4” and 1/8” scale.
  • Foundation plan 1/4” scale.
  • Foundation details and wall section.
  • Roof plan

  • 5 sets of final drawings.

Package - D
  • Single level floor plan between 1200 - 2400 SF 1/4” scale.
  • All 4 exterior elevations 1/4” and 1/8” scale.

Any plans that do not fit into these categories will be bid at an hourly rate of $45.00 per hour plus printing cost.

All plans produced by The Designhaus are the property of The Designhaus. Plans shall not be traced, redrawn, modified or reproduced in any manner by the client or their agent. Plans shall not be used for any construction other than the specified project without written permission and compensation due to The Designhaus. The Designhaus retains the rights to all plans.
